Article 1 (Application)
These Terms and Conditions stipulate the rules for using social networking services or social networking sites (“SNS”) operated by SEN LLC (“the Company”), as well as fan sites for the Company’s brand products (“the Service”).
Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
1. Users shall not engage in the following acts (including acts that may lead to such acts) when using the Service:
(1) Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties.
(2) Acts that defame, insult, or damage the reputation, credibility, or privacy of the Company, other users, or third parties (including disclosing personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses), or acts that interfere with business operations.
(3) Acts that violate the Public Offices Election Act.
(4) Acts that solicit membership in religious groups or other organizations.
(5) Acts that solicit investments, donations, financial contributions, or purchases of goods or services.
(6) Acts that introduce or solicit browsing of websites deemed inappropriate by the Company, or acts of using the Service as a means to download files.
(7) Acts of diverting information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes.
(8) Acts of transmitting viruses or other harmful programs or files that interfere with the normal functioning of computer software or hardware of the Company, other users, or third parties.
(9) Acts of posting information or content on the website without legitimate authority.
(10) Acts that obstruct the provision or use of the Service by the Company, other users, or third parties.
(11) Acts of unauthorized access through hacking or other misconduct, or acts of monitoring or duplicating all or part of the website.
(12) Any other acts that violate SNS Terms of Use, public order and morals, applicable laws or regulations, or acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 3 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
1. The Company may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of the Service or delete a user’s registration if the user falls under any of the following. The user shall not object to such measures:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- False information found in registration details.
- Failure to fulfill payment obligations such as fees.
- No response to communications from the Company for a certain period.
- No use of the Service for a certain period since the last use.
- Any other case where the Company deems the user’s use of the Service inappropriate.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of actions taken under this Article.
Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
The Company does not guarantee or endorse the content of information provided by users through the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of relying on such content.
Article 5 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may, without notice, change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes or discontinuation.
Article 6 (Changes to the SNS Terms of Use)
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. Users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms when they start using the Service after the changes.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company appropriately handles personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Notices or Communications)
Notices or communications between the user and the Company shall be made using the method specified by the Company. Unless the user submits a change notice according to the Company’s prescribed method, the currently registered contact information shall be deemed valid, and notices shall be considered delivered at the time of dispatch.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
